Okay, please both of you post this specific picture:

A bandit who is half way drawing his sword. Entire body on image, seen from front.

I made it very general just to see what you both come up with, I will draw the same thing and post it here. If you don't have a scanner (like me) take a picture in a well light room, whenver you take a picture you would want to mimic similar conditions (this includes closing windows so the sunlight dosn't interfere, else the image would look weird in game with varring light)

lol, i just found out my printer is also a scanner!

Wow, you seem to take your time, thats probably a good thing... I just sit down and draw it in one sitting, I lose patience very quickly.

Josh, how far are you done your drawing?

I've finished mine, really you both don't need to put too much effort into it, we need quantity over quality here. Put less effort into this test one. (I drew mine in blue pen on line paper)

man my head really hurts....

I have done some quick calculations as to the drawings needed.

I have thought of 5 different drawing techniques we can use, if you have any other ideas feel free to post them here.
All ideas are based off of basic actions, running, fighting. So they could double with all the jutsus.

Technique 1: We draw each character individually, every attack and drawing individually. This style would probably look the best, however we would have to make 2360 only for simple drawings. That is a lot of images!

Technique 2: We draw only a dark figure, which applies to every character, only 1 gender, dark figure with no distinct features whatsoever. We would only need around 59 images for the basic actions, but it wouldn't look nearly as good as 1, or number 3.

Technique 3: We draw only 320 characters, but not really. Since what we do is draw each limb individually. Take face for example. You draw face looking forward, then looking diagonally to the side, then looking to the side, then looking diagonaly away, then seen from behind. (other diagonals can be made by mirroring image), the image quality wouldn't be close to number 1, but it would save time.

Technique 4: We draw every part (instead of 8 times) 15 times, drawing in every accis there is, this technique would look great, nearly as good as technique 1, but we would only need to make 600 drawings. So it's way more effort, but it would look great.

Technique 5: We draw the same image the same way as Technique 3 but with sillouettes and dark figures the same way as technique 2, so only 5 images, this would look terrible, however.

These are the 5 techniques I thought of, tell me what you think, even if your not going to be drawing.

1 I immediatly took off my menu, I was like... I don't think I want to draw 1000 drawings... 15 or 20 minutes each... a boatload of effort.

and 4 is the same as 3, but instead of just having it twist, in a circle point your finger to the air and turn your arm, there are 8 main angles there, the compass north, south, ect, and in between them. (Thats 3)
4 has the same thing, plus if you stick your fist like your about to hammer something and lower it down in a similar fashion, it's hard to explain, I will try to draw an example.

Really 1? Thats at least... I must have done some wrong calculations... divided amongts 3 people, 20 minutes each drawing... that makes 200 hours? I must have messed up somewhere... or maybe not.

Uhh...I don't like one, for me it's either 3 or 4, but whichever the people who are drawing think is better I'll go along with...
