im really sorry but i cant understand this part of the rules. how do you train?
i did try to train but im not sure if i did it right

You did do it right, yes, but we could not give you the points because you haven't compleated your ninja scroll, but, yes you did do it right.

I am going to give an example of questiosn you could ask here, one for help, and one for tips.

1: How do I edit my Stats?

2: Can someone give me tips to fighting an ennemy with an element that does more damage to me?

1: well, to edit your stats, you must first look at the top of the screen where you can log in and check your messages, and go aver to the profile button. Once you clickit, right over top of your profile, are several different options, click on ninja scroll. In the ninja scroll, go down until you find the option stats, you can now edit your stats.

How do i train my chakra and did i do my training for srtength and speed correctly

No, you train chakra the same way.

I got a problem with my status.
My character should have learnt Water Walking Jutsu.
The Wink should be changed to Blink.
My HP should be above 1000 as I bought two HP+ items

I have reviewed your Character Scroll, and have made the necesssary changes. Unfortunetly you will need to keep the same stats for the rest of the event, unless your character leaves from total possible threat, where you character will change.
Apologies for not spotting it earlier. On normal occasions I modify your look-at along with your stats, or before a battle, however I had not done yours because Blink hadn't been accepted yet, and then forgot when it had been (as well as you had already entered the chunin exams)

I found something in the Kage's vault.(Day to Day forum)

In the Kazekage's section, the first part is not the same as others.
Is this a technical problem or it's like this?

Those are the Hokage and Mizukages purchasing options.
I belive the difference your talking about is something like how the Hokage can purchase the Nine tails, and the Mizukage cannot, this is just how it is.

No, I don't mean by the Offensive part.
I mean the commercements.
