Short Histroy: Shiken's name litteraly means Test Tube, signifying he was created in a test tube, the genious sand creators instantly gave him teh rank of Genin, knowing he was the strength of one, and knew the three basic jutsus. He was anticipated to have a quicker growth rate with training, but they messed up somewhere and he only grows at normal rate.
