D Mission 28 [Mission requested by Sand for Zach]

Zach was sad he would leave his family so soon on another mission, but its true, No did help on their mission, it would be good to help him out so Zach said farewell to his family again and accepted the mission.

The gate guard smiled slightly when he saw you. He then sighed, knowing that it was only a day that you spent here before going back to the field.
He waved goodbye as he closed the door behind you.

Zach waved goodbye to the guard and he was soon on his way through the familiar route he has traveled 3 times now, but reluctantly he didnt complain, it was his duty do the ninja missions around the place. He kept on walking until he would get to the spot that the ninja scroll said to find No. He had packed all his stuff for this mission, because anything could happen.

You hear the sound of a stick bashing slightly against a tree, then you hear some one laugh.

Zach got the bandages of the puppet and got ready to pull them to reveal his puppets... but it might not be danger... so Zach didnt reveal them yet, but he was ready to. Zach looked around trying to see where it came from and who it was.

You notice as you walk around the field a pair of legs from someone sitting on the ground. And you also notice a tall, muscular man with spiky red hair. He is wearing a long robe that starts at the shoulders ad goes dow to his heels, leavig only his chest and weist exposed, where he wears an underarmor.

Zach looked at the guy and asked "what is so funny?" Zach didn't want to waist too much time on this guy, but he was curious to see what was funny... had he stepped in something? was something in his hair? he quickly ran his fingers through his hair and felt nothing... what was so funny?

The red haired fellow looks at you. "I thought you where going to try and hide." He said, the smiled an snickered a little bit. "If you must know, the funny thing is this poor harmed man who can't help but lay here, and sice he noticed you he's been hitting that tree with a stick like a madman." He laughed again, you could see up to the man sittig at the trees weist, but not further, and now you could also see a sinister looking red jagged sword, with points that look like extra swords coming out of the side attached to his back.

Zach said "no, i wasnt gonna hide..."Zach then saw the sword and thought it was quite an impressive weapon, but he didn't really care at the moment, he walked up to the guy and asked "where is the man?" Zach wanted to make sure if it was No or not, he wouldn't want to totally go past No and not realize! He waited for an answer from the man... he still held onto his Killer's and protector's bandages in case the red-haired man did a surprise attack on Zach.

He grinned. "You looked pretty cautious yourself, here, I'll let you talk to your little friend, he took a few steps back and waved an arm indicating for you to move towards the tree with the legs. While approching the man, you noticed the person laying down at the tree, and now noticed more noticably that one of the legs had vicious metal looking teeth marks on it. He could barly moan loud enough for you to hear when you approched and realised it was No. He also had a large gash in his stomach.

Zach nodded and walked up to No, he was in bad shape... should he be taken home now? or maybe he should come back later? he wondered, he kneeled down next to him and asked "Hi! Do you remember me from the mission? it's me: Zach! I'am here to escort you home now" Not knowing if No could talk, he looked over at the red-haired guy and said "sorry I didn't introduce myself earlier, so... Hi! I'am Zach, a proud genin from the Sand Village and one of the greatest puppet masters you will ever see! I was sent here on a mission to retrieve No, because in my last mission we got attacked and No got hurt and then he stepped into a bear trap and got REALLY hurt! So we had to leave him behind... and now I'm here to get him home! So that is my story, what is yours? and how did you come to find No?" Zach was actually rather curious to know about the red-haired guy.

He looked at you with an icredulous look, then laughed loudly. He drew his large red jagged sword that appeared to have teeth coming out of the sides and held it casually. "Zach, you realise you just told me your ability, then you asked me for mine." He shook his head wil sighing and laughing at the same time. "Well, to make this more fair, my name is Keiji. I use a sword and ninjutsu." He crouched and placed his sword over his back, but didn't lay it there, since there was no non sharp part to his sword, except the flat part. And he placed his hand in front of his other. "I use fire jutsu, with my right hand, while my left wields my sword. I don't think I'm very good with my right hand at using a sword."

No groaned and then grabbed your collar with his good hand that had been holding the stick. He pulled you close and whispered into your ear. "Run." Then he lay back and closed his eyes, his heartbeat slowly fadeing.

"Shit..." Zach said quietly... "I gotta get out of here!" he thought... "but he couldn't leave no behind...and this guy looks tough... his sword could esily chop any of his puppets in half and he said he used fire jutsu!!! THATS A PUPPET'S ULTIMATE WEAKNESS!!!" Zach then realised he was panicking... he needed to... hide! he needed to hide... he quickly tried to run away and hide by jumping into a tree to conceal his movements, he jumped to another few to get close to Kenji. Zach then did a clone jutsu and formed one clone ready to battle Kenji in case Kenji found him up there and attacked him.

Zach's clone popped up beside Zach and prepared himself to pretend to be the real Zach if needed. Keiji looked into the trees where Zach jumped off to. He smiled, then placed one hand in front of him. He didn't even perform and hand signals, "Katon, Fire!" He yelled, and a ball of fire left his hand, seeming to explode the oxygen in front of him and propulse itself forward. He smirked widely, but sighed, he shouldn't overestamate himself, using elemental recomposition still drained him of quite a bit of chakra.

Zach jumped away to another tree trying to dodge the attack, at the same time the clone jumped next to him in the tree.

(oh, my mistake!!! sorry, but i must ask, when do i regain energy? thats the main thing i never quite go in the how to play guide)


Could my clone jump up and take the hit for me? if not i will do a substitusion justsu instead.

Well, actually, the substitution will consume your clones life, since it is simply an illusion, and contains no mass.]

The fireball slammed into Zach, Keiji smiled, this was going to be too easy, then, Zach dissapeard into a puff of smoke, he barred his teeth and growled slightly. He lifted his blade and stabbed it into the ground. He formed a few handseals then formed both his hands into a circle, then hissed through his teeth and spoke as a fireball appeared on the other side of his hands. It expanded then slowly lurched towards the forest. "Come out wherever you are!"

Zach tried to sidestep the fireball. Meanwhile in his head Zach thought "this guy likes to play with fire... and that doesnt agree with my puppets, so I should try some of my jutsu instead..." Zach pulled his sleeve up and revealed his Sound manipulator, he flicked it quietly and tried to attempt the "Sound Manipulation Jutsu" (1 burst of chakra for the jutsu), he focused his chakra into the sound waves and directed them to Keiji's ear attempting to stun Keiji for a while. "There is no way Keiji could dodge this..." Zach thought to himself "this attack is at the speed of sound!"

[I looked at the jutsu Sound Manipulation, it looked a little stacked, but then after I saw what it did to your remaining chakra, it seems to makes sense. Loti]

The fireball wasn't even going on the right track, so it had no hope of hitting Zach, but it caught several trees on fire, creating a 10% chance of combustion on any given limb for every extra turn spent within forest. Keiji smiled. But then suddenly a large soundwave expanded and struck him. He gasped in pain and fell to his knees. "Oh my god!" He yelled and grasped his ears, which had begun to bleed. He muttered random noises that sounded like he was trying to talk but his motor skills where being tampered with.

Zach smiled as the sound manipulation hit him. He jumped out of the trees and ran towards Keiji and attempted to punch him in the face with all his strength.

[this is your defensive phase, so you didn't get your EP back yet. And dodging the fireball spent 2 EP, the jutsu also costed 2 EP, so to RUN, and then PUNCH, would cost 2 EP, so unless you UNLEASH your Stamina, meaning you use EP every 2 EP instead of 5 for that round, and you get twice the EP, so you would have exactly enough to run and punch him. WOuld you like to unleash? Or wait until next round.
