New rules and Announcements

Alright, I am back, and ready to continue the event!

I have removed the bath house, because it was lame that you had to go to a place just to heal your wounds. If your missing a limb you can just roleplay going to a doctor.

City Management has now been placed into the game! Unfortunetly, everyone will reset. Sorry!

Kages! Get to making the strongest village in the world!

You can find the information in the secondary guide. City Management, your money will be displayed in the Kage's vault, this is to keep is simple for me when I increase everyone's money, it's all in the same place. The kage's vault is in Day to Day.

All the buildings you own will be within your respected city.

Note: Don't forget to make NPCs, not soldiers with no names built from the training camps and such, but named NPCs. See the leaf village's Ziorashi for example, everyone can make 1 NPC that can join people in missions, and take part in roleplays, train players, the likes. Send the NPC to me via Private Message and I will add it to the list, each player can make 1 NPC.

And to make training much easyer, don't forget to train with a trainer. (Such as an NPC) This will double how many stats you gain per training point. (50 words standard for 2 stats with a trainer and only 1 training point)

New Rule In the Secondary Guide:

Money will no longer increase every week, I did some math and realised how long it would take to do set up a thriving town. So I decresed it to only 1 day! Things will get moveing quickly now! I may increase it to two days after a while, so take advantage of this!

As I said I may I have increased it to 2 days.

Also I balanced changed NPCs by creating a new strength check system ONLY for NPCs, so players don't have to worry about it.
Heres how it looks, changes in bold:

So as you can see it is slightly different. What this means is that his punches and kicks will do damage times 2. His taijutsu attacks (normal attacks included) and weapon attacks will be 1x (it sais Tai because he is able to use weapons, if he couldn't it would still be 1.) His ninjutsus will have 3x damage, and his genjutsu will have a illusion level of 20, Genjutsu works differently from normal jutsu, thats why its a number not a multiplication.

(Where it sais Jutsu and Abilities, make sure they are relatively weak ones, under C, maybe for some B. Be reasonable)

At the bottom of the page there is a new rule... I'm on fire!

New rule, buildings now only produce money every 3 days instead of 2

This isn't so much a new rule as an addition.

Enemies will now drop things once you defeat them, so go out killing to earn stuff.

You can also collect new items from monsters that can be used for making more powerful items.

You can also go hunting now, (Well you could before, you just had to create a topic in the outskirts that has something to do with hunting.)

Shops will also now purchase anything you sell to them for a half of the price to buy them.
